Build 93 is more than a building company – it’s the work of an experienced builder with a passion for doing the job right. For over 20 years, Dunedin local Nathan Gunn has helped families and businesses across Otago bring their ideas to life with workmanship and service that stand above the rest.
Build 93 is a family-run business, led by Nathan and supported by his partner Blaize, who brings interior design expertise and manages the administration. They live with their two young children in a house which they proudly built together.

Building isn’t just Nathan’s job – it’s what he loves to do. He’s the kind of person who spends weekends on projects at home or making things for friends and neighbours. That roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, paired with a bit of Kiwi ingenuity, is what sets him apart. Where others see problems, Nathan sees a challenge worth figuring out – and he dives straight in to make it happen.
